About the Role

By joining the team as Operations Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to help Katapult operate day to day with administrative tasks.


What You'll Do

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders

  • Answer client queries

  • Prepare invoices for clients

  • Scan and upload receipts to accounting software

  • Prepare reports and documents for company bank account

  • Purchasing of components and equipments

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

About You

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office



  • Diploma in Accounting, Business or Management

  • Fluent in English

  • The right to work in Mauritius
